Feature flag exposure in overview

Describe the bug

Feature flag exposure on feature flag overview, for example: GET /projects/default/features/fs-pagonube-withdraw-notification-enable. However, on the metrics page, the exposure is correctly reported.

The exposure in the overview is reset every full hour while the metrics view is keeping longer history. So when you check e.g. at 12:00 the overview may show 0% for a short time because you haven't had any metrics in this hour yet. Can you check if this is the case for you or is it always 0% for the entire hour even if you get some metrics?
