The goal is to make it easy to pull down this repo and make changes to the functionality of the plugin.

Consider having a standalone docker setup that runs a barebones WordPress installation with the plugin in the right spot.

We'll also need to consider which files get compiled as part of a release - for example, the production plugin doesn't need to have the docker stuff.
