Your system information

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When using the DX11 API, having VSync enabled (both in-game and in nvidia control panel) and nvidia reflex + boost enabled provides very low input lag. When using Vulkan with the same settings, input feels quite a bit slower.
GSync is enabled and shows GSync compatible indicator in-game (toggle in control panel: display -> g-sync compatible indicator).

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Launch DotA with the vulkan launch option
  2. Enable VSync in-game (and in nvidia control panel + enabled gsync)
  3. Input feels sluggish compared to DX11
