Analysis hold does not survive database save and load

If we set the analysis hold to True and then save+load the database, the status does not persist.

I am not sure whether this is intentional and/or how this related to the ongoing broader refactor on this, so I am just creating this issue for reference

I'm not able to repro this. I just saved a bndb multiple ways and it persisted the analysis hold each time.
