BOM is missing "Foam Tape" entries, both 1mm and 3mm #88

Manual shows and specifies Foam Tape 1mm (back and top panels) and 3mm (side panels)

Not in the BOM.

I admit that this is a minor nit, but I can't set that tag.

I wouldn't call this a minor nit, it's quite an annoyance as my build is delayed again... xD

Also the manual doesn't spec the width of the foam tape, and it isn't clear that th 1mm/3mm refers to thickness.
