[Feature] Activation of entailment in the .properties configuration file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In relation to Wimmics/corese#169 , it does seem not possible to activate the reasoning mode of Corese (RDFS or OWL-DL) in the .properties file.

Describe the solution you'd like
Two new properties in the .properties file such as:

RDF_ENTAILMENT = true # Activate RDFS entailment
OWL_RL_ENTAILMENT = true # Activate OWL RL entailment

Additional context
This would provide a bypass to Wimmics/corese#169 problem, in wait of a proper fix
