Boost: Boost.Context is missing assembler code for aarch64-w64-mingw32 #211

Boost.Context doesn't contain assembler code for abi=aapcs, address-model=64, architecture=arm, binary-format=pe, toolset=gcc which manifest in the following error when building Boost. I'm not sure yet though if the assembler code is needed or not as some part of Boost.Context still builds.

I guess we need to define something like this for GCC aarch64-w64-ming32 target.
