Support MPTAmount into Amount type after features support MPT #2842

Currently MPTAmount is a separate type used to define MPT amount fields. There are occurances where we see a field has a type Amount | MPTAmount. This is because currently not all transaction amount fields support MPT. This issue to set a reminder that MPTAmount type can removed and be captured in Amount after MPT becomes supported in all features (eg. offer, checks, etc)
