Dear,

Thank you for creating such a great module. I have couple of questions:

The calendarView cannot be re-sized. I want lines to be equally distributed to the view I allocated. Is there a way to do. this?
I want users to scroll from one month to another, but not to select any date (eg. dates can only be selected via my database results). Do you have any solution for this?
