Alternative to "Deleting" feedback.

Owen would like to see an alternative to the website's feedback system. At the moment, the only way to prevent negative feedback from being published, is to delete it. This notifies the person who submitted the feedback and can come off as "we don't care you had a bad experience".

Maybe if we can create a "resolved" feature or something along those lines to handle feedback.
