websockets support

Hey @Freundschaft, don't think it'd be easily done without effort on the bitly/oauth2_proxy repo side.

There's a fork that has websocket support here but according to the documentation they remove the other auth providers which would break this image for many people are using it.

That being said, I'll do a little investigation into the openshift changes to see if websocket support would be easy to add, likely as a separate branch.
