Make uploading (and forwarding) to Telegram better

Somehow off-topic but not entirely. This is about maybe a future script? Currently, there are 2 annoying things about Telegram. When I upload to TG files are out of order, for example, if videos are numbered 1,2,3, etc they are uploaded randomly 7,2,6, etc, and the second, videos are not captioned so you don't know which video is before you open it.

It is possible to make a script to automatically caption videos with their names and upload them in proper order? The second feature will be useful for the current script too when forwarding videos from other channels.
