We cannot use our RC Mana when powering down the steempwoer we wanna delegate righ? because delegation requires Rc mana now ya? Or is this an error in steem you mean?

Nothing to do with RC, You'd have to pull any delegation to be able to power down the slider's max amount.

sorry you mis understood teh question I am already powering down, and I cant delegate or un delegate which is what im trying to do, im trying to delegate some new SP i have to a bid bot and undelegate osme old delegations i have,a nd it wont let em while im poering down :D i just assumed thats how steem works now, or did it always work like that maybe?
