create template variant with openapi client and mock service worker

we should add a template variant which includes the initial setup for generating an api client from a remote openapi schema endpoint. optionally, this could also integrate the mock service worker package.

the template should live in a variant/with-openapi-client branch. a link with a brief description should also be added to readme.md.
