For unknown reasons, the first stroke on the 言 component in 詹 is vertical. It should be changed to a horizontal one, to make it consistent with the other 詹 components. Other commercial fonts, including Kozuka Mincho (which this font is supposedly based from) has the horizontal stroke.

Not fixed in Noto Serif v2.002. This issue will remain open.

Still not fixed as of Source Han Serif v2.003.
