As part of the new Hompage redesign, there is a carousel showcasing Eclipse Temurin Adopter.s

@CarmenDelgadoEclipse will confirm if the current Adopters https://adoptium.net/adopters/ can also be shown on the homepage or if we need to request their consent.

For reference, the issue where the Adopters page was implemented back in 2023 adoptium/adoptium.net#1565
Reviewing why we decided to create a new form instead of directing the adopters to the existing GitLab form, as done here: https://ecdtools.eclipse.org/adopters/get-listed/
