UIC Addin Notes:

The original addin was created in 2.9 and 3.x requires a migration. 3.3 requires another migration.

Sprint 4 notes

• The development application has been restored to test Allow 3rd party entities to upload owner/operator or legal representative signature uic-inventory#348. Ryan says it's working as expected and wants to run it by some colleagues that will be out of office for a few days. We'll get the final ok before merging to production.
  • The existing gen 1 function will need to be deleted and recreated with the ci release pipeline to be migrated to gen 2.
• A solution for Ground Water Field Not Populating For Wells Added by an Admin User uic-inventory#347 hasn't been decided yet so work on that feature is blocked.
