Benefit

This would be a tech debt payment for this project to get it on the latest and greatest solution for pushing data to AGOL.

Acceptance Criteria

Notes

We have about 20 hours as of 12/23 (PRJTASK0614062) of maintenance left for this project.

Risks

Perhaps there is some data issues specific to OGM that palletjack hasn't seen yet.

We are running out of maintenance money. It may be best to push this to FY26.
