Had a meeting 9/18/24 with DHHS and specifically the EHDI team. We discussed their desire to purchase GIS software and start maintaining the app themselves as they do not have the money to start paying us to upgrade and maintain the app in ExB after creating the existing app as a freebee. We discussed with them that DHHS has a AGOL license and they are looking into utilizing that. My hope is to hand off to them the work that has been done and assist them in migrating it to their AGOL.

I spoke with somebody from the EHDI team. They said there are other higher priority items on their plate right now, and they probably won't be able to get to this anytime soon. They are ok with our team leaving this issue in our backlog until we hear from them. Will put this issue in the Waiting status for now.

I spoke to @DenisePeterson about this a bit and she is interested in taking this on. I need to talk to her more about what needs to happen as this is more of a project than simply creating an application as we need to work with them to ultimately host the app and data inside their AGOL.
