FY25 Q2 Sprint 2

Focused was on bootstrapping the project agrc/wri#18 and adding reference layers agrc/wri#9

1. The skeleton project has been created with a place holder for functions and the forklift pallet
2. The archer diagrams have been started
3. We met with DTS on the 29th to integrate our code into the development environment. We made some progress and another meeting is scheduled for sprint 4.
4. I'm not sure what cloud infra we will need but the dev project has been created.

The reference layers are going well. We've got all the layers, with legends, and labels. I need to finalize and clean up a few things before it gets merged.

  • We plan to meet in Q3 Sprint 1 to check on progress

I believe this project is approaching a point where further development depends on where the WRI ArcGIS Server ends up. If it is in GCP, I can continue on with the original plan. If it is in TSOB we need to rethink the API hosting and deployment strategy.
