Benefit

Allow SGID data to be available in BigQuery GIS for large scale data analysis

Acceptance Criteria

The 5-10 most wanted datasets are made available to BigQuery users

Notes

This could also support the Google Earth Engine users when they allow this feature.

• UDOT has loaded some of our data in there; Steve would like to meet with them to see what’s up there, what they ran into, etc.

• Would rather they (UDOT) tell us what they’ve put in BigQuery so we can keep it updated.

FY25 Q3

Erik and I have signed up for GEE access through the DNR subscription and have requested to be a part of the BigQuery early access program. This will hopefully turn into a good, free, opportunity to test BigQuery GIS with some possible support from Google professionals.
