Benefit

The Esri JavaScript API that the custom application relies on reached its end of support on July 1, 2024. While the application is expected to continue to operate without disruption, UGRC can no longer guarantee reliable support, enhancements, or long-term functionality. To address this, the application will need to be rebuilt using a new API. As part of this rebuild, we also plan to incorporate additional requested enhancements.

Acceptance Criteria

Feature parity with current widget

Notes

The estimate for this project is 355 hours split evenly between @steveoh and @stdavis with another ~$11,500 for project management.

SBA

There are a few other applications using the old widget. We will need to figure out a plan to continue to support those until they are migrated to Salesforce.

Risks

  • typical scope creep
  • Unfamiliarity with Salesforce environment
