Benefit

To understand our GCVE exit process, we need to understand

1. what databases we have dependencies on via forklift, arcgis server services, etc
2. what databases our customers have dependencies on
3. what databases we should continue to own, operate, and pay for
4. what features each database current has vs what each database needs

Acceptance Criteria

• double check the list of databases in the Google Sheet linked under the "Notes" section
• we have all of the information necessary to plan our gcve database exit strategy
• we've filtered what databases we need to handle and have delegated the rest
• we have a strategy to exit gcve

I added some columns to the spreadsheet with questions to help gather information to guide decisions.

I filled out as much as I could and noticed the TURN GPS databases are missing from the list. Are we sure the list is complete?

In today's Dev Team meeting it was brought up that there may still be some databases missing in this Google Sheet (specifically Sean's were mentioned, but there may be more). With the GCVE exit being a high priority right now, is that something that can be reviewed in the current sprint (Q3 Sprint 2)?

I added a new checkbox item in the "Acceptance Criteria" section to capture this.

@steveoh and @seanfernandez worked directly with DBase on the gps network databases. They are no longer within my perview. As for other databases I'm aware of, they would be part of the portal environment and therefore already in GCP.

I requested a complete database list from dbase. I'll update the spreadsheet with whatever additions are necessary
