Benefit

Keep all customers, partners, and contributors up to date on UGRC happenings.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Gather topics and draft quarterly newsletter for FY25 Q3
  • Review and approve newsletter
  • Publish and send out newsletter to subscribers

Notes

  • This came up in a quarterly team meeting on 1/15/25. Suggestion was to start including this in our quarterly PI Planning.
  • Can view older newsletters in app.sendgrid.com

any idea why Miriam doesn't come up in the Assignee dropdown?

Her GitHub permissions are a little odd since she's an intern and we don't have a process for that. Having interns is still relatively new for us. We should sort it out but it hasn't been a priority since it hasn't become a problem.
