Update Dependencies: torch

We need to update the following dependencies in the project to address security concerns and improve compatibility:

1. faster-whisper: Update to version 1.1.0.
2. torch: Update to version 2.2.0, if possible.

Reason for the Updates

• The current version of torch (1.1.3) has multiple reported security vulnerabilities. Updating to a newer version is critical to mitigate these issues.
• Updating faster-whisper to the latest version (1.1.0) ensures compatibility and potentially unlocks new features or fixes.
