In #32 I fixed the CI setup such that pre-commit hooks now run on continuous integration.

The tflint logs highlight a couple of minor issues (such as variable types to be defined), but also an unused variable (resource_group_location).

@mbercx Could I ask you to look into fixing those please?
Most of them should be straightforward.
