Defining RAMPS - RE-ARM EFB incorrectly sets Configuration.h #108

When you choose this board (2000) in Marlin config it sets the define as

#define BOARD RAMPS_14_RE_ARM_EFB

When it should be as follows below.

#define MOTHERBOARD BOARD_RAMPS_14_RE_ARM_EFB
