Having an option to switch to dark mode will make the docs look much more appealing.

I was working on changing the landing page and making the docs usable until I stopped again due to time constraints, I can look into this myself when I get back at working on the website, no ETA though :/

Also this is suited for alephjs/alephjs.org repository, this is the core library/framework repository
