Bad username or password even if I reset password via email

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to login into Narro.
2.It says that my username and password is bad.
3.Reset password via email.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I tried to reset password via email, but when I changed it and tried to login 
problem was the same "bad password or username" .

What version of the product are you using?
2.0

What operating system are you using?
Linux Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64bit

What browser are you using? (name and version)
Nightly (15.a1)
