Disabling single project effects globally.

If you deactivate a single project (Firefox Aurora) in a locale, all the 
projects in all locales are deactivated.

"Unfortunately, I've tried disabling it but it disables it across all languages.
The steps I followed are:
* Load the projects page [1]
* Open "Firefox Beta" [2]
* Click on the "Edit" tab [3]
* Un-check "active" and hit save

If I load other languages it will show is as inactive."
