Sections that need attention in each meta changes

This issue to keep around a list of all sections in the Markdown content that warrant regular attention with regards to meta shifts ie. post-bans, after releases.

The structure of the Markdown content was split between dated resources in articles and timeless chapters which do have moving parts, thus those chapters need to be kept up to date as much as possible.
