Description

As a user,
I think there can be some changes in readme,
so that instructions for protal env setup (for ubuntu) can be improved.

Acceptance Criteria

Update [Required]

  • In 8., path of dev.py should be corrected to systers_portal/systers_portal/settings/dev.py

Enhancement to Update [Optional]

  • In 8., database details to be filled can be mentioned
  • In 6., command to find path/to/python3 can be added
  • As the version of python keeps changing, so instead of using default python3 for creating virtual environment, python3.6 should be used

Definition of Done

  • All of the required items are completed.
  • Approval by 1 mentor.
