Roadmap to 2.0

Plans to streamline and improve the plugin. The further out the items are, the more subject to change they are. I'm happy to discuss your ideas and feedback in the comments. :)

v0.2

• Add manifest with locale_config.xml config for auto-merging into Android builds to remove that step in plugin setup
• Probably rewrite ApplicationAndroidComponentsExtension.configure() as a class function, not much reason for it to be an extension. Cleanup task.

v0.3

• Add plugin configuration options so supported locales and plugin settings can be applied in an encapsulated block within a project's build.gradle file. Will provide much cleaner setup.
• Fix version compatibilities between AGP/Gradle/Kotlin/Java based on build warnings (non-breaking adjustments)

v1.0

• Look at updating to Kotlin 1.8/1.9
• Update all plugin dependencies to latest compatible versions
• (possibly breaking adjustments)

v2.0

• Split per-app language config and supported locales generation into separate plugins? Probably more flexible as individual dependencies, specifically if users want one function and not the other.
