Problem: Archivematica uses PRONOM V116

Expected behaviour

Archivematica uses the most recent PRONOM version compatible with fido and siegfried.

Current behaviour

Archivematica's FPR contains formats up to PRONOM V116.

Steps to reproduce

1. Check the PRONOM changes and DROID signature file release notes
2. Confirm that formats after the 23 November 2023 | DROID_SignatureFile_V116.xml version are not listed in Preservation planning -> Formats
