closeOnNavClick variable changes location

I like this script quite a bit. I did notice that when I set closeOnNavClick to "true" the navigation was off. Specifically, on mobile when I clicked on a menu item it jumped to the screen past the bookmark. When I set the variable to "false" everything worked fine. Perhaps there is something else I should configure for the script to work when this variable is set to "true." Still, nice, useful script.
