A large number of vias have ~5mil annular ring. Oshpark's copper specifications state a minimum of 4mil, leaving a margin of 1mil.
Upon post-fab inspection, most vias look acceptable, but these margins are unnecessarily tight. Several vias appear to be holding on by a thread.
Recommend action: Increase via annular ring minimum to >=8mil.
