Name the new concept
Nearby galaxies

Describe the concept
After looking through some scholarly articles and research papers, the listed examples for nearby galaxies varied however some names that repeatedly showed up were the Andromeda galaxy and other galaxies in the local galaxy group.

Please include any additional comments/feedback
Issue was created to split up issue #318
Comment suggested by Markus Demleitner as part of his work mapping IVOA and UAT concepts
