Open Access in GUI requires embargo expiry date

I was trying to create a demo RAiD on https://app.demo.raid.org.au/
At the "access" section of the schema, it is required to put both an access statement and an embargo expiry date, even if I am choosing open access to the RAiD. I averted this by putting the date of the embargo expiry = the starting date of the project, but I think it would be better to not have an embargo expiry required for open access.
