Open or invitation only?

If open and free, the numbers who register for the day could become unwieldy for working sessions. However, if we are very targeted and explicit with the messaging about expectations of attendees, this could go a long way to eliminating the potential problem.

Open, I think, and split into in-person and online only, as discussed in our last meeting. We'd need to think carefully about how to manage in person in the time of COVID, but if it's free using Uni spaces may be made easier.
