Option to queue between playlists

Sometimes I'm in a playlist and I queue some songs, then want to queue some songs that are in another playlist intended to play all those songs in order. However the queue is per playlist, I can't use multiple playlists as a global queue. I assume some find this useful, but if there was a setting to have a queue that can span between multiple playlists I'd use it.
