Flat icons and Flat (Dark) icons are the same

Describe the bug
In the appearance icons settings where you are given the choice between Native, Flat and Flat (Dark), both Flat selections are the same.

Steps to reproduce
Selecting it from the drop-down.

Expected behavior
Flat (Dark) to be a different tone than Flat.
