Description

Improved documentation for terraform.

Done Looks Like

  • Documentation of available terraform variables and what they do
  • Document how to upgrade avalon/avalon-docker using terraform variables
  • Initial admin user creation: partially documented in avalon 8 branch but might be able to be improved/streamlined with variable)
