Add second round of solr access for solr-to-triplestore harvest

This is different than the current bit of solr access. So either some push from nutch to solr to parse to triplestore or some bulk solr to parse to triplestore option.

We will need both types of access and probably/possibly the different parsing options (see #16 for example).
