I am able to install jamspell after first installing swig3.0, but I do see this deprecation warning:
DEPRECATION: jamspell from https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/5a/16/0a808e926a835604007066085cb2183b337694a06240a99945b31fa14f27/jamspell-0.0.11.tar.gz#sha256=6dcaf1ae631af6c0904f9ba016bf2404e930237eb73e4d471ee92a77327af8f1 did not indicate that it installed an .egg-info directory. Only setup.py projects generating .egg-info directories are supported. pip 20.2 will remove support for this functionality. A possible replacement is for maintainers: updating the setup.py of jamspell. For users: contact the maintainers of jamspell to let them know to update their setup.py.. You can find discussion regarding this at https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/6998.
Thanks
