Auto remove outdated team plan transaction

Currently, outdated team plan transactions will be highlighted as outdated once the relevant gameweek has passed. This requires users to manually remove them from their plans. The experience would be more seamless if those transactions were removed automatically once become irrelevant.

Since storage does not seem to be a pressing issue yet, so it is decided to just hide and ignore the changes from previous gws instead of removing them to perverse the data just in case there is other unexpected issue.

Should, instead, suggest the user to remove unused plans or remove current plans and recreate them manually to also clear irrelevant data.

Will keep this issue opened and revisit this again after a significant number of gameweeks has passed.
