As an engineer
I want to better understand what it means to be calm
So that I can extoll this virtue within the wider team

Description

Some feedback from the awayday highlighted that the section on being calm could include more examples.

  • give great feedback regularly
  • use the guidance and values we have in place
  • take the time and space when you need it
