As an engineer
I want to understand what it means to build with honesty in mind
So that I can understand and work within the culture

Description

There were several suggestions for inclusions into the Honest section of the engineering culture document.

admitting to yourself when you don't know something
challenging bureaucracy and status quo
own up to past mistakes
it is okay to say "I don't know"

Add the spirit of the above four sentences into the Honest section. Get it reviewed by @sl33p or @tosbourn
