Hi there, Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, I didn't get a notification for this
This was originally designed to be a replacement for Asagi, with a very simple thread viewer. Later on as the thread viewer got more advanced it became a potential candidate to succeed FoolFuuka which influenced a lot of design decisions (heavy use of APIs for frontend logic, which is a lot more scalable than serving rendered HTML) As a result it supports posts ilke a live imageboard; even if it's not the main goal of the software
I've added some screenshots to the README of the frontend. Otherwise the only public instance I know of is https://22chan.org/
Depends on your definition of production-ready; while it's stable, secure and has basic capabilities as an imageboard, it's missing a lot of other imageboard features (doesn't support a lot of text effects, no catalog page, no quick reply etc.) |
Hm, was looking into ways to host an 'in house' 'vichan-like' software's
archive and it's an option.
Thanks for getting back to me

The documentation mentions that it has a front-end, but is this more of an
archival engine?

Are there any websites or examples of it running somewhere?

How close is this to a production ready state?
