feature: add ability to save the count of users in zoom to a file

One of the tasks I am asked to do when running events is to write down at various times throughout the event the number of people currently in Zoom so it would be great to have an action that allows me to append the time and count of users to a file. It would also be great if you could say either the timezone or give a action option for the number of minutes or hours to add to the Companion time so that the time is in the event time.
