Documentation / question : explanation on the structure & routing of the project

Would be nice to have a little introduction to this project.
For example the routing in main.go for /API is very clear
And they are pointing to handlers there : bleveHttp "github.com/blevesearch/bleve/http"

But when getting to the route /indexes/ it gets confusing of where this is ...
Is it somewhere within angular ?
